We have the opportunity for a Billing Administrator to join our finance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a first-class billing service to our clients and colleagues. Your primary duties will include generating accurate and timely invoices and assisting in resolving any queries and issues that may arise.
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you don't need to have previous billing experience to be successful in this role as full training will be provided. Teamwork is essential and there is plenty of opportunity to collaborate across various teams, building relationships firm wide.
As the Billing Administrator you will:
Process & post bills onto the billing system
Loading of all invoices onto the E-Billing platforms and making sure they adhere to the client's requirements
Complete billing & rate tasks
Administration of the billing system to delete leavers & add new starters
Add agreed contract client rates to the billing system
Editing time entries on the time recording system
Process and deal with queries & enquiries received into the Billing Inbox (e.g. bill queries, rates and time recording)
Process and complete BI reports relating to billing and rates
Upload daily rate report to Engage system
Update billing deadline on Engage at the start of each month
Any other duties related to Billing as & when required
Ensure all matters meet compliance with ISO standards
We are looking for:
Experience using various computer programmes with good knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can operate flexibly as part of a team
Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and commitment
Some of our benefits include:
Salary reflective of your experience, circa. £25,000-£27,000. Earn up to 10% of your salary with our annual bonus scheme.
Minimum of 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays per year increasing to 31 days with length of service, with the opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday per year.
Auto enrolled into the workplace pension scheme, and we'll contribute a minimum of 6% of your salary.
4x your annual salary in the event of a death in service.
Hybrid and flexible working for most roles with 40-60% of your time spent in the office.
